3rd day - My sleeping time changed. I sleep early than my usual time of sleep. Waking up very energetic and lively.
5th day - I could see the healthy glowing effect on my skin whenever I wake up in the morning.

Legit yung #Miracle7DayChallenge! I have a pale brown skin, kayumangging maputla due to working on a graveyard shift + less hours of sleep (I'm only getting 3-6 hours of sleep during working days) + stress sa lahat ng bagay.
